What is an e-Voucher?
An e-Voucher is a virtual gift voucher sent via email, which can be purchased at a discounted rate to use as a substitute for money when purchasing products from the chosen retailer.
How do I purchase an e-Voucher?
e-Vouchers are available immediately, simply select the retailer you require from the e-Vouchers section, enter the amount you want on the voucher, select the bank card you wish to make payment with, then enter the chosen cards CVV number to make the discounted payment.
Who are the e-Vouchers sent to at point of purchase?
All e-Vouchers are sent by email at point of purchase. As this is a unique product, offered to a closed group, we ensure all e-vouchers are sent directly to your registered email address, ready to use as you please. You will also be able to view all purchased e-Vouchers in ‘Discounts’ in ‘My Account’.
How can I redeem my e-Voucher?
e-Vouchers can be redeemed online or in store (dependent on retailer) at the retailer associated with that e-Voucher. You must bring a print out of your e-Voucher with you to be redeemed at the checkout or display the voucher on your mobile device. You may need an internet connection to display on your mobile device.
If your total cost of purchase from the retailer is a smaller amount than the value of your e-Voucher, then the remaining amount will stay on your e-Voucher to use another time.

How can I view the remaining balance on my e-Voucher?
How you access your remaining balance will be determined by retailer. Some retailers will simply allow you to refresh the link on your e-Voucher, other will require you to visit the website provided in that retailer’s individual terms and conditions.
How long is my e-Voucher valid?
The expiry date on each e-Voucher is determined by retailer, and will be displayed on the delivered e-Voucher. Each expiry date is set from the date of purchasing the e-Voucher.
What should I do if my purchased e-Voucher hasn’t arrived?
If there has been an issue with payment details, you will be notified at point of purchase. It is possible that the e-Voucher may be filtered by some email services preventing it from reaching your inbox. We do advise that you check Junk folders / Firewalls within your email inbox to ensure the e-Voucher has not been redirected and also that you have registered a fully working email address. The e-Voucher will also display on screen straight after your purchase and be saved in the ‘My Discounts’ section of ‘My Account’.
If the voucher has not arrived after 2 hours, then contact our Support team via the ‘Support’ section of your site and they will be happy to help.
I have purchased an item using an e-Voucher but require a refund on that item, what can I do?
All refunds on items purchased using an e-Voucher will be dependent on retailer. If you are entitled to a refund under that retailer’s returns policy, the value of the e-Voucher used will be given in store credit.
What should I do if I have received my e-Voucher, but now lost it?
Unfortunately, we can take no liability for any lost, stolen or damaged e–Vouchers once responsibility of ownership has passed to the customer at time of delivery.
In the event that the e-Voucher has not been handled since delivery, we may be able to retrieve it. For more information on this, please contact our Support team via the ‘Support’ section of your site.
What should I do if my e-Voucher has not downloaded properly?
As these are virtual gift vouchers, please ensure you have a strong internet connection in order to download the voucher. If you are still having difficulties, please contact our Support team via the ‘Support’ section of your site.
Can i get a refund on my e-Voucher or exchange it for another retailer?
Unfortunately, as with the physical gift voucher, the e-Voucher is the responsibility of the purchaser. Prior to purchase, the purchaser must ensure that they have registered the correct email address, entered the correct amount and chosen the correct retailer.
Under no circumstances can we allow or accept the return of e-Vouchers by a consumer (including a member). As stated in our Terms and Conditions.
